Neurodiversity

I offer counselling for neurodivergent young people and adults, as well as parents supporting someone in their family.

I know first-hand that being neurodivergent can bring both real strengths and real challenges. Navigating schools, workplaces, and social situations that weren't really designed with you in mind can be exhausting — and that takes a toll.

My approach is warm, open, and non-judgmental. As well as my own lived experience, I have extensive experience working with young people, and have continued to build my knowledge through specialist training and qualifications in this area.

Together, we can explore what's working, what's hard, and what getting to know yourself better might look like for you.

The most interesting people you’ll find are ones that don’t fit into your average cardboard box. They’ll make what they need. They’ll make their own boxes.
