Therapy can be hard, challenging work but there are often moments of lightness, connection and gentleness along the way.

There is something  enormously satisfying in supporting clients to work out how their story, and their experiences have led them to where they are now, and how they can move forward more meaningfully, deliberately and happily.

I have also been privileged to walk alongside clients who are having sad and difficult experiences and hopefully lighten their load a little.

Alongside my counselling practice, I am a foster carer for the Bristol Disabled Children's Team as well as offering therapeutic, practical support to children with disabilities and their families.
